New Windows installer

I updated the Windows installer for 3.0a5 (updated download, same version number). The included batch file will now install the following files into C:\WINDOWS\system32 so they are available in your PATH:

• multimarkdown.exe
• both DLL files
• mmd.bat — a shortcut for command-line use with -b option preset
• mmd2tex.bat — a shortcut with -b -t latex options preset

Additionally, there are two additional .lnk files (shortcuts) that are set to allow drag and drop to create HTML or LaTeX output.

Let me know if you have any trouble — it seems to work for me.
