MMD 4.1 released

MultiMarkdown 4.1 adds several improvements:

• Mac binary works on older versions of Mac OS X (tested back to 10.6). Requires 64-bit machine. Older OS/hardware combinations will require MMD to be built from source

• Several bug fixes

• Improved handling of HTML within Markdown/MMD documents

• Allow use of “\(...\)” and “\[...\]” as math delimiters
