MMD User's Guide is now a wiki

The MultiMarkdown User’s Guide is now stored on github as a wiki.

I will be making changes to my site to reflect this, but basically:

• Anyone with a github account (they’re free!) can edit the wiki to improve clarity, add content, fix errors, etc.

• The wiki is still available as a git repository, and includes the index.txt file necessary to use mmd_merge.pl to combine the various sections into a single document and then process into a pdf

• The pdf can be retrieved from:

• Please help me improve the manual!
