Something is changed at my web host, and pdf downloads don’t work. I am aware of the problem and trying to fix it.
PDF’s that have already been generated are still available.
Update: The problem appears to be that UTF support was removed from the pdflatex installation. I installed a replacement to my account, and now things appear to be working via the utf8x package. We’ll see.
