In response to the WikiSpam attempts, I was inspired to throw together a quick module to record those efforts that are blocked by BannedContent. It’s great that it prevents certain spam from being posted, but I was curious as to how often it is used. To my knowledge, there is no record of how often certain content was submitted and blocked.
So I created the LogBannedContent Module that does just that - creates a log file that records the offending IP address, the submitted page, and the rule that flagged the content as spam (NOTE: only one rule per submission, so if 15 spam links were submitted, only one will show up)
