MultiMarkdown for TextMate Updated

I released an update to the TextMate bundle for MultiMarkdown, addressing the following issues:

1. Corrected the case of SmartyPants.pl for compatibility with older machines/systems

2. Updated the templates to use $TM_FULLNAME rather than obsolete routines to try and determine the user’s name that no longer work.

3. A few other smaller issues…
