Now MultiMarkdown and SmartyPants seem to work together

I’m not sure what happened, but I once agained copied the perl scripts from my home installation to my web host installation of Movable Type. I swear I had done that before….
In any event, it looks like I can now combine MultiMarkdown with SmartyPants on my web site. After I test this some more, I will make this update available for others to use.
