MultiMarkdown 4.3.1 released

MultiMarkdown 4.3.1 has been released, including update binary installers for Mac and Windows. Includes the following (since 4.2):

• improve handling of upper case/lower case auto-generated anchors
• fix bug in LaTeX image dimensions
• inline footnotes
• command line option to list metadata keys
• option to force snippet creation (even if metadata is used)
• improved definition list parsing
• improved lists in ODF output
• fix all known edge case problems/outstanding issues
• multiple other fixes
