I updated the MultiMarkdown Sample Document file to the newest version of Scrivener (1.11). Please let me know if you have any trouble, and as always, I highly recommend this as a way to learn some tips and tricks for MMD.

fix bug that occurred when ‘Abstract’ was not the first chapter
